How ArbabLabs College of Innovation ("ALCI", "we") collects, uses and protects your personal information.

Who we are
ALCI is operated by ArbabLabs. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at any time through our contact page.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure one-way hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
- Profile information you choose to add, such as your phone number, city, country, time zone, education level, biography and learning goals.
- Learning records: your roles, enrollment status and, as the platform grows, your course progress, submissions and grades.
- Messages you send us through the contact form, including your name, email address, optional phone number and message.
- Technical information: your IP address and browser user agent, recorded with sign-in sessions and contact messages for security and abuse prevention.
How we use your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
- To create and secure your account, including verifying your email address and resetting passwords.
- To deliver our programs, track your progress and issue certificates.
- To respond to your enquiries.
- To send essential service emails, such as verification and security notices.
- To protect the platform against fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the service, who process data only on our instructions: our hosting and database providers, an email delivery provider to send account emails, and Google if you choose Google sign-in. AI features may send the text you provide to an AI model provider to generate a response.
How long we keep information
We keep account and learning records while your account is active and for as long as needed to issue and verify certificates, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Sign-in sessions expire automatically. Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most profile information yourself; for anything else, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We protect your information with measures including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, rate limiting, role-based access controls and immediate session revocation when an account is suspended or a password is reset. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Children
ALCI programs are intended for adults and older students. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should use ALCI only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
