Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using ALCI, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using ALCI on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password secure and do not share your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Programs and enrollment

Program content, schedules and instructors may change to keep material current or to meet operational needs. We will tell you about significant changes affecting a program you are enrolled in. Tuition, payment terms and cohort dates are shown before you enroll.

Academic integrity

Your submissions must be your own work. You may use documentation, search engines and ALCI's AI tutor to learn, but you must not submit work written by someone else — including AI-generated work — as your own, share assessment solutions, or help others do so. Mentors may ask you to explain or extend your work. Breaches may result in failing an assessment, withheld certificates or removal from a program.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access accounts, data or areas of the platform you are not authorised to use.
• Do not disrupt, overload or probe the platform for vulnerabilities, except through a responsible-disclosure process agreed with us.
• Do not harass other learners or staff, or post unlawful, hateful or infringing content.
• Do not resell or redistribute course materials.

Intellectual property

ALCI course materials, including videos, text, exercises and assessments, belong to us or our licensors and are provided for your personal learning. You keep ownership of the projects you create; you give us permission to display them to verify your certificate and, with your consent, to showcase your work.

AI features

AI tools on the platform can make mistakes. Treat their output as guidance, verify important information, and do not enter sensitive personal information into them.

Certificates

Certificates are issued when you complete a program's requirements and are not academic degrees. We may revoke a certificate issued on the basis of academic misconduct.

Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. Refunds on termination are handled under our Refund Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

We work hard to provide excellent education, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as employment. To the extent permitted by law, ALCI is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date; significant changes will be communicated in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ArbabLabs is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.
